Recently, the first phase of the 20,000-ton/year high-end PVDF resin production project of Gansu Jinchuan Jinruilin Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jinchuan Group’s Chemical Company, reached a key milestone as the core utility system – the circulating water system – was successfully tested in operation. The 20,000-ton/year high-end PVDF resin production project of Gansu Jinchuan Jinruilin Chemical Co., Ltd. is a key investment project under Jinchuan Group’s chemical subsidiary, with a total investment of 1.098 billion yuan for the first phase. The project mainly involves the construction of a R152a production facility with an annual capacity of 12,600 tons, an R142b production facility with an annual capacity of 18,000 tons, a VDF production facility with an annual capacity of 11,000 tons, a PVDF production unit with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons, and a polyaluminum chloride production unit with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons. Auxiliary production facilities and living facilities include: the R152a tank farm, the R142b tank farm, the auxiliary materials tank farm, Class A warehouses, the power transformation and distribution room, the control room, incineration units, calcium fluoride production units, etc. Currently, the equipment is operating stably with smooth interconnections; key parameters such as system flow, pressure, temperature, and vibration meet the design requirements. All performance indicators have reached or exceeded the design standards, achieving the desired outcomes. “The successful commissioning of the circulating water system for the PVDF resin industry chain project (Phase I) is the result of the concerted efforts and perseverance of all those involved in the project. ”Zhu Ruijie, the head of the project team, said that the success of this test run has greatly boosted the team’s morale, providing a solid foundation for the project to progress efficiently according to the planned schedule.
