Jiangxi Ganzhou Shilei Fluorine Materials Co., Ltd.’s 24,000-ton lithium hexafluorophosphate capacity expansion project has been approved

Recently, the Ganzhou Administrative Approval Bureau issued a public notice stating that the environmental impact assessment document for Shi Lei Fluorine Materials’ technical transformation project related to lithium hexafluorophosphate in Huichang is pending approval. Construction unit: Jiangxi Shilei Fluorine Materials Co., Ltd. Location of construction: Jiangxi Huichang Fluoride Chemical Industry Base. Project investment: The total investment amounts to 30 million yuan, of which about 300,000 yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures, accounting for 1% of the total investment. Project details: This project involves technical upgrades to the existing 9,000-ton per year lithium hexafluorophosphate production facility; after these upgrades, the output will be 18,000 tons per year of lithium hexafluorophosphate, along with 25,200 tons per year of hydrofluoric acid and 108,000 tons per year of hydrochloric acid as by-products. Once this project is completed and put into operation, the total production capacity of the plant will be 24,000 tons per year of lithium hexafluorophosphate, with 33,600 tons per year of hydrofluoric acid and 1,440,000 tons per year of hydrochloric acid as by-products.
