Phase-based completion acceptance for the Yonghong High-Tech Special Fluorosilicon Materials Project (Phase II)! 2025-06-12 14:58:19 On June 10, information regarding the environmental protection inspection for the phased completion of the Yonghong High-Tech Special Fluorosilicon Materials Project (Phase II) was made public. The Yonghong High-Tech Special Fluorosilicon Materials Project (Phase II) is located in the Jintang Industrial Park of Shaowu City, Fujian Province. A new Y-type perfluoropolyether post-treatment production line will be installed in the newly built Class C workshop, to replace the existing Y-type perfluoropolyether post-treatment line (which will then be put on standby). The new production line features optimized equipment for the post-treatment of Y-type perfluoropolyethers, while the production process remains unchanged. Additionally, a perfluoroelastomer processing line will be set up in the newly built Class C workshop; once completed, this will add an annual production capacity of 100 tons of perfluoroelastomers to the plant, with the existing annual production capacity of 180 tons of Y-type perfluoropolyethers remaining unchanged. As the Y-type perfluoropolyether post-treatment production line (Line 3) in Workshop C and the production line with an annual capacity of 50 tons of perfluoroether rubber (Line 2) are under construction, the items to be inspected this time are the production line with an annual capacity of 50 tons of perfluoroether rubber (Line 1) and the related supporting facilities. Construction of the acceptance project commenced on June 30, 2024, was completed on January 7, 2025, and trial production started on January 20, 2025. Since its operation began, no environmental pollution issues have occurred.
