Recently, the suspended-modified resin of the LM-PSR111 grade, independently developed by Jiangxi Lihua Chemical Industry (the company upgraded this product’s grade to LM-PSR111E to better meet the specific requirements of the semiconductor industry), successfully passed the specialized tests conducted by the international authoritative testing agency SGS in accordance with the SEMI F57-0622-2022 standard. The test results showed that this product met all the key criteria regarding metal ion precipitation, anion content, and total organic carbon (TOC).
