According to data from the Tianyancha app, Yuanxiang New Materials (301300) has newly obtained an invention patent grant. The title of the patent is “Method for preparing hydrated silica to prevent particle agglomeration”, the patent application number is CN202311608575.7, and the grant date is October 3, 2025. Patent Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of highly dispersed hydrated silica for silicone rubber, and in particular to a method for preparing hydrated silica that prevents particle agglomeration. In this invention, silane hydrolyzate is used during the reaction process to effectively disperse and modify the newly formed silica particles, thereby preventing particle agglomeration and significantly reducing the content of surface hydroxyl groups. Additionally, high-speed stirring is employed to effectively address the issue of \"local concentration excess\" in the reaction mixture, which greatly reduces the formation of gel. The stepwise acidification technique results in a more uniform particle distribution. Adding dispersing modifiers in specific components and proportions during the pulping process effectively reduces particle agglomeration during drying. Through the above technical approaches, compared with existing silica dioxide products for silicone rubber, the product parameters of the present invention show a significant reduction in values such as DET/CTAB, surface hydroxyl content, loss on ignition, DBP absorption value, and particle size distribution width, thereby greatly improving the dispersibility of the product in silicone rubber. Since the beginning of this year, Yuanxiang New Materials has obtained 2 new patent approvals. Based on the company’s financial figures for the first half of 2025, the company invested 8.8378 million yuan in research and development during this period, a decrease of 7.04% compared to the previous year.
