Daquan Semiconductor has been granted a patent for a silane liquid transportation device with improved safety features. According to information from the Intellectual Property Office, Inner Mongolia Daquan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has obtained a patent titled “A Silane Liquid Transportation Device”; the approval notice number is CN223228241U, and the application was submitted in August 2024.
