　　Employee-led maintenance begins with initial cleaning. Step by step, I moved forward on the path toward self-repair. It mainly includes the following seven stages: Stage 1: “5S” activities, initial cleaning of equipment – activities focused on addressing common defects and detecting minor flaws ； 　　Phase 2: Activities to address the losses and defects caused by the “sources of difficulty” and “sources of occurrence” ； 　　Phase 3: Establishing standards for cleaning, lubrication, and inspection ； 　　Phase 4: Comprehensive inspection – to enable operators to master the knowledge and skills related to equipment inspection ； 　　Phase 5: Activities that combine self-inspection with professional maintenance ； 　　Phase 6: Quality Maintenance (activities to ensure quality through processes and equipment) ； 　　Stage 7: Autonomous management and autonomous maintenance.
