What should be done if employees lack enthusiasm? Has this kind of situation occurred in your company?
The incentives aren’t sufficient, or the salaries are low. People these days are very practical; any talk about sharing values is just a joke: lol
It’s sufficient as long as everyone does their own role; it’s okay if only a small number of people are motivated.
Incentives are just one aspect; it is necessary to fully understand the needs of each employee and develop corresponding strategies based on those individual needs.
Less formality, more improvements that benefit the employees, but assessments also need to keep up; otherwise, things will return to how they were after a while
If it’s just the ordinary employees who lack enthusiasm while the managers are fine, the reason is easy to find: the issue lies in the treatment of these ordinary employees – either the disparities are too large or their overall standards are too low. Make the adjustments according to the symptoms, and that’s it. If most employees lack enthusiasm, it’s time to conduct a thorough review. Is it because the company’s salary levels are too low, preventing employees from feeling satisfied, or is it because the company fails to create a fair and just environment, making employees feel that there is no future here? Is it still the uncertain future of the company that’s causing concern and unrest among employees? As long as the cause is identified, it’s not difficult to prescribe a medication.
What does low enthusiasm mean? Why is there a lack of enthusiasm for doing things? If there is little enthusiasm for breaking rules and regulations, that’s great.
What good practices does your company currently have in terms of motivating employees?
The bad influences spoil the good. It’s difficult to stay away from negative influences, but it’s easy to be affected by them
That’s right, I think so. It’s exactly the opposite of what you said – everyone is trying to do as little work as possible, and to take advantage of loopholes in the company’s rules: lol
