Six skills: Ethics (professional ethics, principles), Competencies (management skills, knowledge base, operational skills), Processes (the entire process of product creation, including organizational structure, job responsibilities, and business details), Details (the specific requirements at each stage), and Collaboration (the importance of various details within the process) ) Communication (activities centered on the individual, aimed at achieving unity and coordination among all elements at various levels). Four professions: Doctors: Making corrections, prescribing the right treatment ; Lecturer: Promotes quality awareness through training and education, and teaches quality control skills ; Advisor: Develop quality management tools, define goals, plans, measures, etc ; Prophet: Identify and control potential quality issues throughout the process to enable prevention. A center that is customer-focused, accurately identifies customer needs, and meets and exceeds them.
