For some minor safety issues identified within the company that can be rectified on the same day, is it really necessary to have written or electronic records of the corrective actions taken and of the verification thereof?
This is required by the three-system certification standards; the NCR (non-conformed report) must be closed.
As long as there is a record of identified hazards, there must be a record of corrective actions taken to close the loop
Those that can be corrected immediately actually don’t need to be so complicated
This must be done; it cannot be skipped just because the process is complex.
It’s not actually a complicated issue; it’s about keeping records of the corrective actions taken, ensuring a closed-loop process, and enabling traceability – which is a good working habit.
This is necessary and essential; without it, there will be problems with management.
