1. Organize or participate in the formulation of the unit’s safety production regulations, operating procedures, and emergency rescue plans for production safety incidents, to ensure that such regulations, procedures, and plans are in line with the actual conditions of the unit’s safety production； 2. Organize or participate in the safety production education and training within the unit, and keep accurate records of such activities to ensure that the education and training programs are suitable for the actual conditions of the unit, as well as to monitor the progress of their implementation in a timely manner ； 3. Urging the implementation of safety management measures for major hazard sources within the organization helps safety management personnel to determine during on-site inspections whether these hazard sources are being managed in accordance with relevant regulations; if not, they can urge the relevant departments to make timely corrections ； 4. Organize or participate in the unit’s emergency rescue drills ； 5. Examine the unit’s safety production conditions, promptly identify potential hazards related to production safety accidents, and propose suggestions for improving safety management ； 6. Prevent and correct acts of giving illegal instructions, forcing risky operations, and violating operating procedures ； 7. Supervise the implementation of safety improvement measures within the unit ； 8. Organize regular safety production inspections, position-specific inspections, and specialized inspections, and conduct at least one comprehensive safety production inspection per month ； 9. Supervise various departments and positions to fulfill their responsibilities regarding work safety, assess their performance, and propose recommendations for rewards and penalties ； 10. Participate in the emergency rescue, investigation, and handling of accidents at the work unit.
