Yangzi Petrochemical’s “Take a Photo and Send It Immediately” Approach Improves the Quality and Efficiency of Inspections Time: 2025-08-14 08:59 Recently, the rubber plant at Yangzi Petrochemical introduced intelligent inspection devices and adopted an inspection method that involves taking photos immediately after inspection. Any issues identified are entered into the “Intelligent Inspection” module of the HSE hazard management system right away, enabling rapid identification of hazards and efficient rectification of them. Through dynamic evaluation and optimized layout of inspection high-value points, the number of inspection points was reduced by 13.3%. This not only ensured that critical risk areas remained under control but also relieved the workload on employees, thereby effectively improving the quality and efficiency of inspections.
