Question: What material should be used for the metal hose at the base of the storage tank? Please have a detailed discussion on this. Those who have used it too should share information on the material, service life, and types of media used. I’m facing a problem: the medium flowing through it always causes corrosion and leakage in the hoses. I’ve tried several different types of tubing, but the issue persists. If you have any good suggestions, please let me know

The environment is by the sea, and spraying SEBF is the most effective method for resisting salt and corrosion in such coastal conditions. For port environments, 304 and 316L are inappropriate material choices for saline environments; the most effective material is pig iron: lol
I agree with what was said above; in a salt-corrosion environment, using stainless steel alone is not suitable, and considering applying a coating on the outside could be an option
Carbon steel was considered, but there are concerns about insufficient flexibility, and anti-corrosion treatment is difficult to implement
