On January 20, news came out from Jilin Company’s production scheduling meeting: by 2025, the company’s overall crude oil loss rate was expected to drop to 0.28%, while the processing loss rate was set to fall to 0.176%. Both of these key indicators in the refining industry reached record levels, demonstrating through the achievements of lean management a remarkable improvement in quality and efficiency. The comprehensive refining loss rate serves as a concrete benchmark for measuring the processing technology, operational control, and resource utilization levels of refining companies. By 2025, the transformation and upgrading of the refining industry will enter a more complex phase. With a focus on high-quality development, the company adheres to the concept of \"molecular refining\" and makes it a top priority to reduce losses and increase efficiency throughout the year. By precisely adjusting reaction parameters and improving the precision of product cutting, the yield of high-quality products is steadily increased. Leveraging the achievements of digital transformation, the upgraded intelligent management platform enables real-time collection of production data and intelligent early warning of abnormalities, thereby reducing unplanned losses at the source and turning innovative intelligence into tangible benefits. In the field of resource recycling, the company has implemented a set of measures to save energy and reduce consumption, thereby bringing the \"sack hair\" spirit of Jihua to life. On the one hand, refined management of gas cabinets and compressors is enhanced, and a newly built gas recovery system is put into use to turn gas from waste into a valuable resource.
