The benzene hydrogenation extraction distillation column experiences frequent liquid overflow. The feed volume is 9 tons, the solvent circulation volume is 5.4 tons; the solvent used is sulfolane, and the reflux volume is 200+ kg. Could some expert help analyze this situation?
