The sample from the top of the tower is 99.98% pure; the temperature difference between the middle part of the tower and the top is four to five degrees, whereas it was within one degree before. This increase in temperature difference occurred after the shutdown for maintenance, but the quality of the sample from the top of the tower remains good. May I ask everyone what the reason for this is and how it can be adjusted?
It’s possible that the amount of steam used for heating at the bottom of the tower is higher than before, the pressure at the bottom of the tower is higher, and the temperatures inside the tower are generally higher than before

The phenomenon you described is not clear enough; only the temperature difference is mentioned, without any comparison of temperatures at the top and middle of the tower as well as those from before, making it difficult to make a judgment
Was the tower top condenser cleaned during maintenance? Has the heat exchange improved, resulting in a lower return temperature? The low top temperature is caused either by an increase in tray resistance or by a larger pressure difference.
