A certain amount of polyethylene spherical filler is placed inside the tower; when the gas velocity reaches a specific value, these small balls become suspended and move vigorously, rotating and colliding with each other, thereby achieving mass transfer and dust removal. Performance features: The turbulent ball dust removal tower is designed using advanced aerodynamic principles such as the \"fluidization theory\" and \"fluidized bed technology.\" It also incorporates liquid film technology, turbulence technology, fluidization technology, power absorption technology, high-efficiency dust removal technology, and high-efficiency dehumidification technology; by integrating these various technologies, it exhibits excellent performance. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional tower devices, such as easy scaling and clogging, low desulfurization efficiency, unstable operation, and high operating costs. It also reduces the liquid-to-gas ratio to a minimum of 1–3 L/m3, thereby minimizing operating costs as well. It is currently the third-generation mainstream dust removal equipment introduced in the West.
