If salt builds up on the trays of a distillation column, how can the salt be removed without shutting down the operation? What if salt forms at the extraction outlets on the various side lines of the distillation column? What is the method for dealing with that? ?
Divert deoxygenated water from top circulation to the middle section of the tower for washing!
However, from the perspective of the process pipeline design, isn’t there a pipeline for deoxygenated water in the distillation section? ?

First, ensure good communication between various departments, reduce the volume of responses, decrease the depth of those responses, and adjust the operations accordingly; Secondly, modify the process so that fresh water flows to the crude gasoline pump and then returns coldly to the top of the distillation tower ; Control the top temperature properly, start the pump for washing, and enhance drainage at the bottom of the top circulation pump ; Finally, the chloride content is measured at the inlet of the top circulation pump. Production is resumed once the salt is washed away.
OP, use steam. Check for steam connection points before the pipeline enters the tower. Control the opening degree of the steam valve, appropriately increase the pressure in the distillation tower, enhance air and water cooling, and strengthen dehydration in the reflux tank. Pay attention to the tower top temperature. Try not to introduce steam in front of the pump.
It is best not to use fresh water, as it tends to cause scaling
