I have a question: what is the general minimum diameter for plate distillation columns in industrial applications? Are there any with a diameter of 350mm–500mm? How can tray plates be installed and maintenance be carried out with such a small diameter?
All of them can be implemented; I’m not sure what type of tray you need to fill. Please make it explicit.
In the early days, the manufacturing method involved stacking and welding. The precision of mechanical processing is very high these days; could we consider manufacturing the tray plates in block form and stacking them layer by layer, for reference.
