Negative pressure is not easy to measure. If it is conductive, an electromagnetic flowmeter should be able to measure it.

As for the liquid level gauge, the negative pressure is high and the temperature is not too high. You can use a double flange type liquid level gauge. I didn't say what the measuring range is. Floats are used for smaller measuring ranges, and are commonly used in atmospheric and vacuum towers.
For radars or differential pressure whose wetted materials are special materials (HC, Ta, etc.), if possible, use electronic differential pressure level gauges to reduce errors.
