Jet trays are suitable for media containing a high amount of solid particles, as they can increase the processing capacity, but their efficiency is not high.
Membrane spray tower plates – excellent performance. It allows for an increased production load at the same tower diameter, and has the best resistance to clogging.
The efficiency is quite high; with the same number of trays, it is possible to keep the ammonia nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide levels at acceptable levels in the tower bottom.
