Because during the subsequent construction, it is necessary to open the manhole, allow people to enter, and install packing. How to safely release (or safely displace) the nitrogen inside? What points should be noted? What specifications or standards should be referred to?
When safely releasing or replacing nitrogen, the following points should be taken into consideration: 1. Before entering the purification tower, ventilation should be carried out to remove air, and it is necessary to check for any remaining harmful gases to ensure that the air quality inside meets safety standards. 2. Before releasing nitrogen, the purification tower should first be isolated from the outside world, and all pipes and equipment connected to it must be disconnected. At the same time, the pressure inside the purification tower should be reduced below atmospheric pressure. 3. Slowly release nitrogen through the vent valves provided on the equipment inside the purification tower, to prevent excessive pressure changes that could cause damage to the equipment or injury to personnel. 4. During the release or displacement of nitrogen, it is necessary to strictly comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as the \"Regulations on Safety Inspection of Pressure Vessels\" and the \"Rules for Safety Inspection of Pressure Vessels\". 5. When carrying out operations safely, sufficient personnel and equipment should be available to ensure the safety of both people and equipment.
