The fan model for the cooling towers in our factory is LF-80B; after installation and adjustment according to the manufacturer’s instructions, the cooling effect is poor. The manufacturer’s technicians adjusted the angle of the fan blades, but it still did not meet the requirements. I would like to ask the forum members how this problem can be solved?
The fan is too small; replace it with a new one； Or increase the motor speed, or replace the motor.

Fans are mainly used in conjunction with matching motors, and at the time of delivery, the blade manufacturer determines the blade angle based on the motor’s power
What is the adjusted wind speed? What is the flow rate of the cooling tower in tons?
Was it sufficient before? Has the operating condition changed? No.
No, it’s a newly installed tower; later the fan was replaced to achieve a better cooling effect.
