There are acidic gases in the process flue gas; how should the water spray volume and materials for the quench tower be selected?

If the flue gas temperature is high, use a lining~
The lining is made of stainless steel or acid-resistant composite panels.
Choose the material based on temperature and the properties of the acid； Determine the amount of water for washing based on the acid gas content and the temperatures before and after treatment.
With an acidic gas atmosphere and high temperatures, it’s better to use masonry.
