Can oil tanks and oil pumps be installed in a sealed room?

As the title suggests, is it possible to arrange it this way? Are there any risks?
Oil tanks should not be installed in enclosed rooms, as this poses a high level of risk. Due to the accumulation of oil and gas, many fire accidents have occurred. The risk associated with oil pumps is much lower, so they can be installed inside the pump room.
I’ve only seen the mailbox for generator sets placed indoors; it’s probably several cubic meters in size. I’ve never seen oil tanks placed indoors
