Single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. The old pump models include BA and B-type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps. In the 1980s, our country carried out upgrading and development work on centrifugal pump products based on international standards and the actual situation of drainage and irrigation machinery, and produced IB type and IQ type (now renamed IS type) single-stage centrifugal pump series products, which have been listed as * * Professional standards and industry standards. In a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, water enters the impeller from one side in the axial direction. There is only one impeller, so it is called a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. Its characteristics are that compared with mixed flow pumps and axial flow pumps, it has a higher head, smaller flow rate, simple structure and easy use. IQ type (IS type) single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump (also known as light and small centrifugal pump) is designed according to my country's national conditions and to meet the user's requirements for simple structure, light weight, low price, good performance and convenient matching. There are 84 types of products, divided into 3 derivative series and 413 specifications and models. (1) Performance range: The pump diameter is 50 to 200 mm, the flow rate is 12.5 to 400 cubic meters/hour, and the head is 8 to 125 meters. The supporting power includes direct-coupled diesel engine, belt drive, and direct-coupled electric motor. The power is 1.1-110 kilowatts, and the speed is 1450-2900 rpm. (2) Structural type The light and small centrifugal pump is an axial suction single-stage single-suction suspension centrifugal pump. The pump body opens the door at the back, and the outlet is located in the center. The back cover is a press-fit type. The bearing body is directly connected to the pump body. The pump feet are located under the pump body. The bearings are lubricated with butter. The shaft seals are divided into three types: soft packing, mechanical seal, and rubber oil seal. The impellers are all closed type, and the transmission is divided into two types: coupling transmission and belt transmission. Pump impeller steering: Viewed from the direction of the pump inlet, the impeller turns clockwise, and when the pump is directly driven by the diesel engine, it turns counterclockwise. A manual pump can be installed at the pump outlet, and the bottom valve can be removed to reduce hydraulic loss and make the pump self-priming. 2. Double-suction centrifugal pump It is a double-suction centrifugal pump that enters water from both sides of the impeller. Because the pump cover and pump body are assembled with horizontal joints, it is also called a horizontal split centrifugal pump. Compared with single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps, it has high efficiency, large flow rate and higher head. However, it is large and heavy, and is generally used for fixed operations. It is suitable for medium-sized irrigation areas in hills and plateaus, as well as for factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, etc. Double-suction centrifugal pumps include S-type, SH-type, SA-type, and SLA-type. The difference between S-type and SH-type is that, viewed from the driving end, the S-type pump rotates clockwise, while the SH-type pump rotates counterclockwise. SLB type is a vertical removable double-suction pump. The performance range of S-type series pumps is 160 to 18,000 cubic meters per hour, head 12 to 125 meters, water inlet diameter 150 to 1,400 millimeters, and rotational speeds of 2950, ​​1450, 970, 730, 585, 485, and 360 rpm. 3. Compared with single-stage pumps, the difference between a multi-stage centrifugal pump and a single-stage pump is that the multi-stage pump has more than two impellers, which can absorb and pressurize water in multiple stages, thereby lifting the water to a very high position. The lift can be increased or decreased according to the number of stages required. Multi-stage pumps are mainly used for mine drainage, urban and factory water supply, and are rarely used for agricultural irrigation. They are only suitable for water lifting in high-lift, small-flow mountainous areas to solve the drinking water problem for humans and animals. Multi-stage high centrifugal pumps are available in vertical and horizontal types. The main models include D-type and DL-type multi-stage centrifugal pumps, and DW-type and DWL-type small multi-stage centrifugal pumps. (1) D-type multi-stage pump performance range flow rate 6.3 ~ 720 cubic meters / hour, head 16 ~ 600 meters, water inlet diameter: 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200 mm, among which the 50-125 mm pump type has a high speed of 2950 rpm, and the 150-200 mm pump type has a high speed of 1480 rpm. (2) Structural type D-type multi-stage centrifugal pump is a horizontal multi-stage (2 to 12 stages), the impeller is single-suction, and the pump body is segmented. When the first-stage impeller is double-suction, it is represented by DS. When two speeds are specified at the same time, the low speed is represented by DA. The multi-stage centrifugal pump used for boiler feed water is represented by DG. 4. Self-priming pump A self-priming pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump that relies on the special structure of the pump itself to produce self-priming. It is called a self-priming centrifugal pump. Compared with ordinary centrifugal pumps, there are significant differences in the structure of the pump body: First, the pump inlet position is raised, and sometimes a suction valve is installed; second, a gas-water separation chamber is set up on the water outlet side. A self-priming pump outside the pump has a self-priming device outside the pump, such as a vortex pump, a water ring vacuum pump, a jet pump, a manual pump, etc. Compared with ordinary centrifugal pumps, self-priming pumps have a compact structure and are simple to use and operate. They not only save the trouble of pouring a large amount of water before starting, but also eliminate the need for a low valve in the water inlet pipe, which reduces the water inlet resistance and increases the water output of the pump. However, the efficiency is 3% to 5% lower than that of ordinary centrifugal pumps of the same specification. Self-priming pumps are mostly used in light and small sprinkler irrigation units and pipeline irrigation units. There are many varieties and specifications of self-priming centrifugal pumps, including ZX type, TC type, BPZ type and ZB type, etc. (1) ZB type performance ranges from flow rate 2 to 200 m3/h, lift from 8 to 100 m, and supporting power from 0.25 to 45 kilowatts. (2) Structural type characteristics: According to the type of the pump's supporting power machine, it is divided into a self-priming pump matching an electric motor and a self-priming pump matching a diesel engine. According to the structure and working characteristics of realizing the self-priming function, it can be divided into internal sliding type, external sliding type, water ring wheel type and other types. The transmission modes include direct transmission (including inner shaft) and belt transmission.
