There is no measuring outlet, no water inlet, and I haven't disassembled it. I looked at everything and everything is normal. I removed the O-ring and replaced it.
What type of pump is this? Check if there is a one-way valve.
It's not like a centrifugal pump. It's said to be high pressure, so it's probably a gear pump or a vane pump.
It may be that the sealing performance is not good. Replacing the O-ring will help sealing.
Before starting the solution pump, make sure that the pump is filled with liquid, so that when the pump is turned, the solution can be pressurized, overcoming the resistance of the pipeline behind it, and the liquid can be continuously transported out. Before starting the pump, the pump is full of gas. The solution pump is not a compressor and cannot effectively pressurize the gas and transport it backwards, so the exhaust must be exhausted before starting the pump so that the pump is filled with liquid. If there is no water in the inlet when it is disassembled, air blockage may occur, causing the pump to fail to operate normally.
It looks like a plunger pump. If there is no water at the entrance, there must be no water at the exit. If there is no water at the inlet, it may be that the inlet one-way valve is leaking, and the water sucked in is discharged from the inlet.

I can only see the first picture and visually inspect the plunger pump. The inlet and outlet valves are leaking, the plunger gap is large, and the inlet water must have pressure.
