Abnormal noise in the Nagaoka pump

When the Na-type pump is used to extract residual chlorine from packaging, abnormal noises may occur from time to time when the pump outlet is unobstructed. I judge that the amount of chlorine in the package is insufficient; in other words, it is surge caused by too low an air intake volume. I’m not sure if it’s correct.
