Sharing on long-term solutions for cavitation in gas generation hot water circulation pumps. Cavitation is a destructive phenomenon caused by the explosion of gases within the fluid, and gas generation circulation water has a certain temperature as well as a high degree of turbidity; thus, cavitation is a common issue in such pumps. We address the cavitation problem in circulation pumps through long-term on-site treatment using new materials and technologies. The cast iron pump casing would develop holes in less than a year; after we repaired it, the pump operated smoothly for a year.
