Problems with low-temperature methanol wash cooling pumps

During pre-cooling, the pump shaft of the low-temperature methanol wash cooling pump freezes over, which prevents the pump from rotating properly and affects its readiness for use. Do any of you have any good solutions to this problem?
Which place is frozen? Is the mechanical seal flushing scheme PLAN11+52+62? If so, is the nitrogen used for heating kept flowing continuously? The medium is inside the pump, so it won’t freeze. Outside the seal is the bearing housing, and inside it is lubricating oil.
Freezing occurs at the pump head and the pump bearings; in severe cases, the machine cannot be rotated.
What sealing and flushing scheme is used for the pump?
