It is often clogged and needs to be cleaned frequently. The current plan is to replace it with the same type of pump with a DN40 inlet and outlet pipe diameter, and install a 4-minute flush pipe at the inlet. Excuse me: Are pipeline pumps suitable for pumping sludge? Is there a better solution?
It is recommended to use a screw pump or a mud pump.
The mud content is 80%, and the pump you are using now is not suitable. There are pipeline sewage pumps specially designed to transport sludge with large flow channels.
Screw pumps, gear pumps, cyclone pumps, etc.
Is the blockage the impeller or the pipeline? , continuous operation?
The impeller and pump gun are clogged and do not operate continuously, but the mud is not dry.

It is better to choose a mud pump. The mud pump used in our sewage treatment, high-efficiency sedimentation tank, and secondary sedimentation tank runs very smoothly. The service life is also very long. You have to remember that the smaller the pump, the smaller the flow passage in the pump impeller will be, so it is easy to get clogged.
