I’m seeking advice from experts: if such a high negative pressure is required, how should a vacuum pump system be configured, with a Roots pump used in combination?
What is the size of the container and what is the temperature? The parameters need to be specified

If the vacuum level you provided is converted to absolute pressure, it’s roughly 4 kPa–10 kPa. I’m not sure if you might have given the wrong value; a screw pump can indeed achieve such a vacuum level; But with an intake temperature of 200+ degrees, a cooling system must be added before the pump. The inlet temperature requirement for conventional screw pumps is below 50 degrees. Additionally, if you need to choose a pump, you will also need to provide the pumping speed.
Heating takes place in the jacket of the material cylinder; it’s under negative pressure. How should the model of the screw pump be selected?
If the inside is heated to 268 degrees, what will be the temperature at the top? It’s unlikely to be 200 degrees. If it is indeed high, it must be cooled. After cooling, reciprocating vacuum pumps, Roots pumps, or screw pumps can all be used. If level 1 is not sufficient, then go to level 2 and check the parameters
