What causes friction noise during the operation of a motor? Does it affect usage?

During the trial operation of the YB2 400-6 450KW motors produced by Jiamusi Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., friction noises were detected; however, the motor’s temperature rise and vibration levels were within normal ranges. Suspicion arose that the front bearing was loose; after stopping the machine for inspection and repair, the front bearing housing and bearing were replaced. The abnormal noise persists even after turning it on. I would appreciate it if experts could help analyze this issue. Thank you!
All high-voltage motors make this kind of noise, just to different degrees. This sound is not caused by friction; it is caused by electromagnetic effects. It has no impact and the device can be used normally.
