There is a gear pump inside the device, which stopped operating due to a fault indication without any apparent reason. Before stopping, it was in circulation mode and did not deliver any material outward. The frequency conversion rate of the pump was around 30%, while the pressure inside the tank was 40 KPA. When the pump stopped, there was no increase in current; instead, it dropped to 0 directly. No cause was found after disassembling the equipment, and testing the motor individually also revealed no issues. Previously, the frequency converter of the pump did not operate at the actual frequency specified, but the issue was resolved after repairs.
