The high solid-liquid content in the system causes high-speed erosion of the pump body material. ; 2. The strong corrosiveness in the medium is also one of the main reasons for damage to the flow-passing parts and the metal layer of the flow channel. ; 3. Problems with the material of the pump body and impeller, due to local material defects and lack of heat treatment or surface treatment of this type of pump body and component blanks. 4. During the long-term operation of the equipment, due to the superposition of comprehensive factors such as the matching accuracy between components, the pump casing, guard plate and impeller are eroded and worn. The flow channels of the four desulfurization pumps of a company were irregularly flushed in a honeycomb shape, with a depth of approximately: 8~10mm ; Once the scour problem occurs, the surface metal of the flow-passing parts will be severely damaged, leading to increased wear and tear, ultimately affecting pump efficiency and pressure problems. On-site repair steps are as follows:: (1) Surface neutralization: Use steam to cook the inner surface of the pump casing and the repaired surfaces such as the impeller guard plate. ; (2) Surface treatment: Use a sandblasting machine to sandblast the area to be repaired to remove surface debris. ; (3) Cleaning: Use absolute ethanol to clean the flow-through parts after sandblasting and the parts to be protected. ; (4) Mix the SD3000 material strictly according to the proportion and apply it on the area to be repaired. ; (5) After mixing SD7400 material in proportion, repair the grooves and holes worn by erosion. ; (6) After the material is applied, heat the material to perform post-curing treatment.
What is the surface hardness after repair? Delamination?
It will not delaminate. The hardness of this material after curing is required for the use of composite desulfurization pumps. The hardness of the cured material is slightly worse than that of metal.
