1. The bearing clearance is large (broken) and the adjustment and maintenance are not timely. Generally, the front clearance is greater than 0.3 and the rear clearance is greater than 0.7.
The end surface of the impeller is uneven after installation. It is best to finish hot mounting and then use the lathe to trim the end face.
The reason is that there is a problem with bearing channeling.
Check the rotor deflection and see if there is any problem with the bearings. They are usually V-shaped roller bearings.
