The medium is an ethylene glycol aqueous solution at 80°C; the flow rate is rather limited, ranging from 0.4 to 2 m3/h, and frequency conversion control is planned to be used for adjustment. The head requirement is not high, around 15 meters. The minimum flow rate required for a centrifugal pump is 4 m3/h, while the flow rate of metering pumps is much too low, at most only 0.5 m3/h. Since bypass is not intended to be used for flow regulation for the time being, are there any suitable pump types you can recommend?

The Grundfos CM series does have a small pump, but it’s not very suitable either; it’s difficult to set an appropriate lower limit.

Flow rate of 2 cubic meters, head of 15 meters; many centrifugal pumps on the market are suitable for this application. For this parameter, there’s no issue with centrifugal pumps; if one company doesn’t have it, just choose several other companies
It is recommended to choose a vortex pump, as it has a low flow rate and low head, making it very suitable for such applications
Since variable frequency is being used, it is also possible to choose a centrifugal pump

The centrifugal pump with an inlet of 25 and an outlet of 20 can achieve a flow rate of 2 cubic meters; just use it at a lower capacity when in operation. Alternatively, consult the manufacturer about impeller cutting to determine the minimum flow rate.
There have been pumps like this for a long time; the SG/SGD series can meet your needs.
The maximum flow is 2, and the minimum is around 0.4. It’s easier to find those with 2, while those that meet the 0.4 requirement are harder to find
