What is the typical pressure that high-flow electric diaphragm pumps can achieve? For example, can the pressure reach 1 MPa at 30 cubic meters? Which companies are capable of handling large volumes?
There are not many products of this type. Diaphragm pumps similar to those made by Waner have a high number of strokes per minute and are relatively small in size; however, it’s not clear whether they can achieve a flow rate of 30 cubic meters. Slurry pumps and coal slurry pumps, such as those from Geho, have an extremely high flow rate, but a low number of strokes per minute, and they are also very large in size. Then there are three-plunger reciprocating diaphragm pumps like those from Lewa, which are mainly used in the petrochemical industry; they have a moderate number of strokes per minute and a moderate size as well

There probably aren’t any models with a capacity of 30 cubic feet; it’s also not possible to achieve such high pressure, unless it’s a plunger diaphragm pump from abroad, which is very expensive
