An industry first! Successful industrialization test of combined methanol heating furnace tail gas denitration process technology? Recently, following China Coal Risun's successful dry quenching tail gas desulfurization experiment using a new high-quality imported desulfurizer, the joint research team established by Xingtai Risun Technology and Jinniu Risun has made another breakthrough in NOX emission reduction. The developed Jinniu Risun methanol comprehensive heating furnace tail gas combined denitrification process technology has achieved industrialization success. This process technology is currently the first in the industry. The NOX content in the exhaust gas treated by this process is lower than 30mg/Nm3, which is lower than * * The standard 150mg/Nm3 is 80% lower and 62.5% lower than the Xingtai City standard 80mg/Nm3, which can fully meet the "ultra-ultra-low emission" standard. ?It’s a pity that someone else’s catalyst was used. It would be better if it could be made in China!
Xingtai Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. has made major breakthroughs in previous scientific and technological research and patent applications. Especially in recent years, it has insisted on innovating in the original flue gas treatment technology. Through original innovation and integrated innovation, it has actively explored new exhaust gas treatment technologies of different types and under different working conditions, combined with unique and efficient catalysts, and has achieved fruitful results. This methanol comprehensive heating furnace tail gas denitrification is the first of its kind in the industry, and there is no successful experience to draw from. The research team reviewed a large number of literature, compared working conditions parameters such as tail gas temperature and composition, and conducted on-site investigation and analysis of the comprehensive heating furnace device pipeline. After many discussions, the research team developed a targeted joint process to enable exhaust outlet nitrogen oxide emissions to meet ultra-ultra-low emission requirements. In order to verify the feasibility of the process route, the research team formulated a detailed test plan and carried out the test in March. Tests have shown that after the integrated heating furnace exhaust gas is treated with this solution, the NOX content can be effectively controlled within 30 mg/Nm3, and the denitrification efficiency is as high as more than 80%, achieving the expected goal. The project is currently undergoing industrial implementation in full swing and is expected to be initially implemented at the end of the month. Once the project is fully completed and put into operation, Jinniu Risun will become the first company in the industry to achieve "ultra-ultra-low emissions" of methanol integrated heating furnace flue gas.
