With a height of 115 meters and a diameter of 7.2 meters, its weight is 1,365 tons; including the supporting structures and reinforcement elements, the total weight when lifted is 1,639.27 tons. This tower plays a crucial role in the purification of propylene and the precise separation of its components; it directly determines the production efficiency and product quality of the entire facility. It is a landmark super-tall tower with the highest construction difficulties and the strictest standards for safety and quality control. For this lifting operation, a collaborative approach was employed, with a 4,000-ton crawler crane used as the main lifting device and a 1,250-ton crawler crane serving as the auxiliary crane. The task involved lifting a very long tower structure at great heights; given its large wind exposure area and the high precision required for proper installation, strict \"zero-tolerance\" control standards had to be maintained throughout the process.
