But this assumption is impossible, but we can only optimize the design to make welds fewer and fewer and safer. 3. The construction period of belt 3 is shorter than that of belt 4. suppress: 3 belts with 34 pieces. If you press 5 pieces per day, it will take 7 days to complete. ； 4 belts with 54 pieces, it will take 10 days ； On-site hoisting: 3 belts will take 7 days, 4 belts will take at least 10 days ； welding: 3 belts of 400 meters. Each welder can weld large grooves of 3 meters and small grooves of 5 meters per day. 10 welders can weld for up to 13 days. ； 4. With 460 meters, it takes 15.5 days to weld. flaw detection: The flaw detection cycle is saved by about 3 days. These are just a few of the processes, such as cutting, unloading, oiling, transportation and other links that all require extended time. ； 4. 3-belt is more cost-effective than 4-belt. Welding costs (labor, welding materials), construction period costs, and construction fee costs are initially estimated to save about 5%.
