We invite everyone to share their insights and discuss these topics together; let’s cheer for Made in China and support the development of chemical processing equipment! *********************************** On December 11, 2020, the large-diameter vacuum tower, a key piece of equipment for the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Shenghong Refining & Chemical’s 16 million tons per year refining project, was completed and delivered by Zhanghuaji (Suzhou) Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. It is reported that this tower has a diameter of 14 meters, a length of 58 meters, and a total weight of 1,187 tons; its main structural material consists of composite sheets made of Q345R+S30408 and Q345R+S11306. To date, this is the tower-type equipment with the largest diameter among all the projects constructed. Since taking on the supply contract for Shenghong Refining and Chemical’s atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, Zhanghua Ji has demonstrated rapid response and efficient operation throughout the entire process, from preliminary technical and material preparation to subsequent production and manufacturing. The production cycle for this tower starts from the arrival of the sheets at the factory and the beginning of prefabrication, until it is ready for shipment; this cycle lasts 5 months, completing the task two months ahead of the timeline required by the client. It provides strong support for the orderly progress of the overall construction of the owner’s vacuum distillation unit.
