Professional technicians have developed curves for air temperature, room temperature, and water supply temperature to ensure that the heating temperature remains within a reasonable range. To reduce heat loss and improve the quality of steam supply, the optimization team continues to carry out specialized insulation improvement efforts. In the first half of this year, 5,880 meters of pipeline insulation were replaced. In the summer operation mode, the 210 traps used in winter operation are shut down, and approximately 1,500 meters of steam pipelines are taken out of service. By strengthening inspections, 4.1 tons of steam per hour were saved. At the same time, employees precisely control the temperature of the heating lines based on the operating temperature of the heat-tracing materials in each device. Through technical upgrades, the reuse rate of steam condensate is increased, with the recovered low-pressure steam condensate being fed into the heating tower for recycling, thereby further maximizing the efficiency of steam use.
