On March 25, the first ignition of the furnace in Unit 1 for carbon black production in Anlun Liugang’s carbon-based new materials project was successful. This ignition is a critical step prior to the commissioning of the carbon black production line. By gradually increasing the temperature through ignition, it is possible to dry, cure the refractory materials in the furnace and eliminate stresses, thereby ensuring its stable operation under high-temperature conditions. This lays a solid foundation for subsequent tasks such as the coordinated testing of equipment and the calibration of process parameters as part of the preparation for commissioning. Assuming an annual operating time of 8,000 hours for carbon black production, the average daily output of carbon black is 354 tons.
