Welcome everyone to share, discuss, and exchange, cheer for Made in China, and cheer for chemical equipment! ================================= On June 30, 2013, employees from the Mechanical Equipment Installation Branch and the Mechanized Construction Company of Beijing Yanhua Jianan Company braved the hot and muggy weather. After a day of intense construction, they successfully completed the hoisting of the R-101 desulfurization reactor of Yanshan Petrochemical’s second set of 1.2 million tons/year S-Zorb catalytic gasoline adsorption desulfurization device. The unit has now entered the steel structure and equipment installation stage. After the unit is completed and put into operation, the quality of Yanshan Petrochemical's gasoline will reach the National 5 standard. The R-101 desulfurization platform reactor hoisted this time was processed and manufactured by Beijing Yanhua Jian'an Equipment Manufacturing Branch. The reactor has a maximum diameter of 3.6 meters, a height of 42 meters, and a weight of 148 tons. It is the tallest and heaviest key core equipment in the device. In order to ensure the successful completion of the reactor hoisting, professional and technical personnel from the project department of Beijing Yanhua Construction and Installation Company and the mechanized construction company carefully formulated a technical plan for reactor hoisting using the "lifting method" of double cranes based on the site environment and careful investigation and measurement. Based on the maximum ground pressure during hoisting by the crane, The foundation of the hoisting area was treated, and two large cranes were put into position for three consecutive days of overtime work. During the reactor hoisting implementation, the project department and branch leaders coordinated and organized on site. The front-line team members carefully organized the construction according to the hoisting technical plan, and successfully completed this large-scale hoisting work.
