On January 27, the annual production project of 40,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrogen fluoride at Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was approved for registration on relevant websites. Previously, the Sanming Ecology and Environment Bureau issued a public notice regarding the environmental impact assessment approval for the technical renovation project of the ultra-pure cleaning materials production line at Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. The project involves an investment of 261.63 million yuan and is located in the Fubao area of the Qingliu County Fluorine New Materials Industrial Park (within the existing premises of Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd.). The technical upgrades involve raising the quality of electronic-grade sulfuric acid from E2 grade to E1 grade, as well as installing facilities for producing 48,000 tons of liquid sulfur trioxide per year and one set of waste heat boilers ； Raise the quality of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid from G4 to G5, with an accompanying annual production capacity of 25,000 tons of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid. Construction on this project is expected to begin in January 2025, with completion and operation planned for December 2026.
