Can scaffolds and formwork supports be connected?

The scaffolding you’re referring to is the external scaffold used in construction, right? The external scaffold and the formwork support frame must not be connected to each other. Article 9.0.4 of the JGJ130-2011 \"Safety Technical Specifications for Fastened Steel Tube Scaffolds in Building Construction\" specifies as a mandatory requirement that formwork support frames shall not be fixed to the scaffold structure.
In my opinion, it shouldn’t be done; formwork supports are designed for use with specific support forms, and structures that are not related to them should not be connected to them. To put it bluntly, if there are problems with the formwork support, the scaffolding connected to it will also be affected negatively; right now, human lives are the most important thing.
