For plate heat exchangers used to cool latex, the latex crusts need to be removed and reinstalled frequently, which is physically demanding. Are there any tools that make this process easier, or ways to avoid frequent removal and installation?
What I understand is that it should be a model with very uniform heat transfer in the heat exchanger, with few dead zones. By the way, is the viscosity high?
