Dear friends! During the initial startup process, when water and steam are used together, the pressure gauge and flow meter need to be removed. How can one then monitor the operation of the device? In which pipeline is the steam targeting system applied? Is the hydraulic turbine inlet targeted with steam?
The pressure gauge needs to be installed. As for the orifice plate of the steam flow meter, it doesn’t need to be installed at first; it can be installed after a few days of operation. The steam flow meter of the nozzle can remain in operation at all times. The hydraulic turbine isn’t in contact; I don’t understand it
The hydraulic turbine inlet does not require steam firing.
After purging and flushing in the water-cooled operation mode, the instruments can be put into use. During this operation mode, it is possible to assess the performance of these instruments, which also helps to improve the adjustment of parameters and the monitoring of operational conditions； The pipelines of the hydraulic turbine are part of the high and low pressure systems in the reactor, and the turbine impeller is not as delicate as that of a steam turbine; therefore, it should not be necessary to perform target shooting tests
