The company’s radar level gauge, which was of the cable-type, is broken; a new one, of the contactless type, has been purchased. Why is there no signal after it’s installed? The gauge itself is fine, but the DCS system doesn’t detect any data from it. Nonsense. . I heard that the Hart protocol is going to be changed. What does that mean? I have no idea at all
What is the actual liquid level in the tank? What does the gauge on the level meter show? How much does MA output?
The table itself is fine; the person who installed it replaced the Hart data reception module with another one before connecting it to the safety barrier, and then connected it directly to the computer. Using another software, the data was obtained correctly and stably. It’s just not clear why readings cannot be taken once the safety barrier is connected to the DCS. . .
Check on the DCS to see if there is a 4-20ma signal

You can check if the meter at the site shows 24V. We had a similar issue with a servo before; it turned out that the voltage was not sufficient
